As a son of a Ukrainian immigrant, Dr. Ted Granovsky's cultural awareness started many years ago and continues with a life-long commitment to the people of many cultures. In July of 1969 he entered language and cross-cultural training as he prepared to become a Peace Corps. volunteer. From mid-September of 1969 through late November of 1972, he served as a Peace Corp. volunteer in Paraguay.
His respect for the worth and dignity of individuals and the richness of their cultures makes him welcome across the breadth of the Americas. Dr. Granovsky is fluent in English, Spanish, and is learning Brazilian Portuguese. Over the years, he has spent a substantial part of each year lecturing, consulting and conducting research in over 15 countries from Canada to Argentina.
Dr. Granovsky's 40 years of international experience in 33 countries of the world has afforded him the opportunity to get to know the people, experience their cultures, and enjoy the majestic beauty unique to each country.
